Working across our offices in Toowoomba, Perth and Newcastle, our technical and administration teams support projects across Australia and internationally, combining specialist knowledge with practical, on-ground experience.
Evan is an environmental engineer, Certified Professional Soil Scientist, Director and Chief Technical Officer at Landloch, with more than 24 years of practical experience in land management and water-related issues. His expertise includes material characterisation, landform design, erosion assessment, erosion and landform evolution modelling, water-use efficiency in irrigated agriculture, urban land use, water and solute balances, and urban wastewater reuse.
Tim is Landloch’s Chief Operations Officer and has more than 25 years of experience in environmental management across the mining, construction and technical sectors. With extensive on-site environmental management experience, Tim has worked across more than 60 mining and construction sites throughout Australia and internationally. His expertise includes erosion and sediment control planning, installation and auditing; soil survey; rehabilitation works; runoff and erosion measurement using simulated rainfall; erosion monitoring systems; weed control; and environmental monitoring across soil, water, flora, fauna and rehabilitation.
Isaac is a Certified Professional Soil Scientist (CPSS) with 15 years of consulting experience, specialising in soil survey, land evaluation, land capability and suitability assessment. He has led field programs and investigations for the mapping and classification of soils to Australian standards and has worked on a range of mine closure projects, including mine closure planning, material characterisation, rehabilitation trials and erosion modelling. Isaac also has extensive experience working on mining developments throughout the Goldfields region.
Mark has more than 18 years of experience in the research and application of land management, soil conservation and land evaluation, with extensive expertise in the assessment and characterisation of agricultural land across Queensland and New South Wales. Mark is a Certified Professional Soil Scientist (CPSS) and is accredited in Soil Survey and Land Evaluation (SSLE). Prior to joining Landloch, he worked within the Queensland Government as a land resource officer, gaining 10 years of experience in soil survey, project management and land resource management.
Michael is an environmental scientist and soil surveyor with five years of consulting experience. He has completed numerous field-based soil assessments throughout the Goldfields and Western Australia more broadly. His experience includes aerial land surveying and data capture, soil and landform assessments, and rehabilitation monitoring for mining companies throughout Western Australia.
Liam is a Senior Environmental Consultant with expertise in soil survey, land capability assessment, bushland restoration and laboratory analysis. He undertakes and manages soil survey and land capability assessments for the mining, infrastructure and agricultural sectors across Queensland and New South Wales. Liam holds a degree in Environmental Science and is a Registered Soil Practitioner (RSP-SD).
Cathie leads Landloch’s Administration Team, supporting operations across the company’s Toowoomba, Perth and Newcastle offices. Her project governance responsibilities have expanded alongside Landloch’s growing capabilities and the requirements of Tier 1 clients delivering complex environmental management projects. With extensive organisational experience and a systematic approach to project administration, Cathie develops, reviews and improves office practices and client information management processes. She works closely with clients and the Landloch team to support project requirements, maintain accurate and transparent client account information, and ensure efficient administration workflows throughout the project lifecycle.
Natalie is Landloch’s Administration Officer, based in the Toowoomba office. She manages the accounts, payroll and a broad range of business coordination and operational activities. Natalie joined Landloch in early 2023, bringing with her a broad background in administration across small and medium sized businesses. Her varied experience has given her a well rounded skill set spanning accounts, business administration, staff support and day to day operations.
